4 Factors That Affect the Beam Quality and Marking Performance of anuv Laser Engraving Machine

The industrial sector features various important processing instruments. The most common one used today is the UV laser marking system, which is a fully automated system that helps in marking steel products. The system uses first-order inter-cavity long pulse lasers to mark the metal object. If this method is compared with conventional methods of marking metals, it will be observed that the results are better than the conventional systems. For instance, with the help of UV laser, the rate of production of zinc can be increased and it will be easy to detect the flaws in the finished products.

The system has been developed by utilizing the latest in laser technology. The UV laser power is measured in cd or watts and it is measured in mW or cm/sec. The difference between these two measurements will tell you the power density or the power of light spots generated. In this case, the UV laser marking machine is measured in lux/sec. The light spot density is measured in arc/watts.

The UV laser marking machine is designed in such a way so that it can work even under low temperatures. These special systems have an integrated quartz tube filled with mercury vapors that operate the lasers. In this way, no electrical energy is required in the UV laser marking machine. Instead, the quartz tubes are filled with mercury gas and they are heated by the infrared lasers in a predetermined frequency.

There are certain systems that are suitable for marking synthetic materials. This means that the manufacturers of the UV laser marking machine are aware of the type of material that is to be marked. If the marking is made on synthetic plastic, the appropriate system should be used. If on synthetic rubber or any other suitable material, the appropriate system should be used.

The third factor that affects the beam quality and the marking performance is the mecco condition. Mecano refers to the variation of the wavelengths and its width, which is the variation between zero and one hundred nanometers. The UV laser marking machine should be able to read the wavelengths that are more than hundred nanometers in width. The wavelengths must also fall within the range of the visible light. The machine should be designed in such a way that it can use the most suitable wavelengths to mark the material.

The fourth factor is the co2 content of the fiber laser technology. The co2 content refers to the amount of energy, which is required to get rid of the top layer of the material that is used to mark the surface. For example, when it comes to plastic, a high co2 value means that the plastic has been exposed to more heat. It also means that there will be more plastic melt.
